We present to your attention a convenient application designed to manage the work of couriers in a food delivery service. iikoDeliveryMan is aimed at catering establishments automated with iiko software products and is suitable for both individual venues and restaurant chains with a centralized delivery service.
Features of iikoDeliveryMan:
- Instant notification of couriers about order assignment, changes, or cancellations
- Automatic calculation of the optimal route and display to the courier using the Yandex.Navigator app
- Marking the completion of orders by the courier, monitoring of execution times
- Monitoring of current courier statuses
- Operational reporting on the quality of courier work: by order preparation points, individual orders, each courier, etc.
TRACKING CHANGES AND ACCESS TO LOCATION DATA
To inform service operators about your current location, iikoDeliveryMan collects location data from the device. Tracking changes and data collection on location commence only after a successful login with a PIN code (login) into the application and end upon logging out of the personal account. The presence of a persistent notification from iikoDeliveryMan in the notification panel indicates the active foreground status of the change tracking and location service.
